ASSET SERVICES MANAGER
- Degree in Property Management or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, truck maintenance, landscaping services and property management of a Conventions & Exhibitions Centre or a major Commercial Complex Development
AUDIO VISUAL MANAGER
- Audio-Vision Certificate preferred
- Strong background in Audio-Visual services and operations in a 5-star hotel, a Conventions & Exhibitions Centre or a leading Audio-Visual Service Contractor
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel, a Conventions & Exhibitions Centre or a leading Audio-Visual Service Contractor
AUDIO VISUAL SUPERVISOR
- Certificate in Safety preferred
- Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following areas: maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of graphic visual/video display and video projection systems; audio systems; show lighting and show control systems; knowledge of computer and technical systems; hardware configurations and software
FORKLIFT DRIVER
- Cantonese required (as well as for Logistics Assistants)
- Forklift drivers license
